For Daily Nasal Hygiene and Moisturizing:

Keep your head upright, and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray one or two times in each nostril. Allow any excess solution to drain out, and then blow your nose.

For a Deeper Nasal Cleaning:

Tilt your head to one side and place the nozzle in the upper nostril. Spray for a longer duration, about 2to3seconds.Allowtheexcesssolutiontoflowout of the opposite nostril, and then blow your nose.

Use 2 to 3 times daily for optimal results.

After each use, clean the nozzle in hot water and dry it.
