Ocean Vitamin C 1000 mg sachets contain 1000 mg vitamin C, 50 mg citrus bioflavonoids and 750 mcg beta carotene which is pro vitamin A. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that helps fight free radicals that can cause oxidative stress. One of its primary functions is collagen formation and functioning of white blood cells, which are important for the immune system. Directions
